Please note that whilst the organisers of this event take
reasonable care to provide a safe environment for you,
the circumstances of the event and the nature of the activities
is such that people will often try out new activities or take risks
which the organisers cannot foresee.

Food for the event is on a communal vegetarian basis, with vegan options where possible.
Faeries with more specific diets will be supported where possible and empowered to bring their food routine from home, with space to store special items.
We seek to be inclusive in as many ways as possible and practical. This includes on a financial basis.
No faeries should be turned away due to lack of funds. If you cannot afford any of the payscales on this form, we can discuss your rate and participation level directly.
